I provide both individual, and group coaching sessions. Individual coaching moves your progress along much faster than group work. Group coaching offers socialization while learning to make progress and group coaching fosters friendships in a safe environment and a different sort of accountability as the group members support each other goals.
While coaching sessions are valuable here is a list of additional resources:
ACO (ADHD Coaches Organization) – an organization for ADHD coaches
ADDA (Attention Deficit Disorder Association) – is an organization for adults with ADHD and professionals serving adults with ADHD
CHADD (Children and Adults with ADD) – an organization for families with children with ADHD and for adults with ADHD
LDAG (Learning Disabilities of Georgia) – is a volunteer state organization for parents, professionals, and individuals with learning disabilities.
Totally ADD (My Favorite ADHD Website) is a Canadian site hosted by a comedian hosting it who has ADHD. It is free to join and it honestly just makes me relax when I’m on it.
