Maureen Nolan, LPC, NCC, MACC is a therapist whose clients heal their bodies, minds, and spirits with her compassionate guidance. Maureen sought assistance for her own emotional issues for over 20 years. At age 48, Maureen was diagnosed with ADHD,  and various learning disabilities.  She began to learn how to rebuild her life on her strengths, talents, and interests. At age 50 she reclaimed her artistic and creative soul, and she now applies artistry and compassion in her professional relationships.

Maureen listens for comments about how people use their brains. She is Solution Based, and uses Strategic Focused Brief Therapy,  ADHD Coaching, and Mindfulness techniques. Additionally, she is trained in Brainspotting for PTSD, trauma recovery, and, sports injury recovery. She treats Executive Function Disorders in students, parents, and professionals.
